(Spoilers) How to access character files on Mac?

I’m having trouble showing my sister how Sayori had her character file deleted temporarily when she hangs herself and I forgot how to access those char files. Can someone explain how to get to these?

I was wondering about this, myself. I'm on a mac, so after I downloaded and installed the game, I have no clue where any of the files went.

I had the same issue. If you open the steam app on your mac, go into your game library. Right click on the Doki Doki Literature Club game and click on 'Properties'. The third tab on the top should say 'Local Files', click on that. From there click on 'Browse local files' and there should be a folder titled 'Characters'.

same issue i got the ending but i had to delete it to reastart it all over if someone can give me advise on how to get charater files on mac system on steam i will donate or give 1000 dollars to steam not joking if i was joaking i would not say this

In Finder, select "Go" in the menu bar and click on "Go to Folder..." (or just hit CMD+SHIFT+G), put in

~/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Doki Doki Literature Club/characters/

and hit enter.
