Report a translation problem
Verified that's the song by looking it up on YouTube. Just sounds like it was compressed and distorted. The lyrics don't seem to have much to do with the stuff you see in DDLC ("Poem" is said once), and seeing how it is an actual song liscensing would need to be acquired in order to play it.
I'm very much leaning towards hoax, unless there's some evidence to show otherwise.
Or just taking something that's currently popular and trying to make a 'discovery'.
Maybe a bit of a cynical outlook, but yeah this super fake.
