Report a translation problem
-She wears a heavy turtleneck sweater when she comes to your house, fully covered. The other characters wear much lighter clothing like t-shirts and shorts.
-She has a choice line to describe the sharpness of the pocket knife: "It cuts through skin like paper."
-She quickly rolls down her sleeves as the protagonist re-enters the room after getting water for the paint.
That, and how she laps at the protagonist's finger after it starts bleeding...Shows that she has her fair share of demons well before Monika cranked the dial to 11.
I do recall Monika saying to be careful when getting close to her because she's isloated herself and thought maybe that could be the foreshadowing to Yuri's later comment?
I was going to say there isn't many hints in Act 1, but yeah, Monika has that quip. That you may hurt her, possibly after learning of her true nature.
