What I like about Lust from Beyond and Lust for Darkness is that you alternate between the alien world and the normal world. So the alien world never becomes normal, if that makes any sense. I like the beginning of Scorn, but I feel it will get samey after a while (I'm playing on Game Pass and I'm about 2h in).

Yeah, it sets a baseline for normalcy to juxtapose the two realities together so that you know that ♥♥♥♥'s ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and then ♥♥♥♥ gets even more ♥♥♥♥♥♥. I also like the museum art in Lust more. Like it's more violent than Scorn's.

Lust from beyond, while not a bad game by any means, it isn't even close to the quality Scorn offers. Also, the game has not Geiger aesthetics at all, its inspired by Lovecraft.

They specifically cite Giger and Beksinski as an influence and clearly have those influences in their Lustghaa world.

Scorn's clearly not a game inspired by Giger's art, as for some reason, Lovecraft gets the credit for any game on Steam with imagery based on Giger or Beksinski artworks, as those games get tagged as "Lovecraftian" but not "Giger" or "Beksinski" :p
