Weird HP recharging machine won't do anything

Second time i encounter a strange device that supposedly will do something to my "HP creature" but it does nothing... It's not the usual kind with a spine that enter the creature and recharge it, this one looks like it's supposed to increase something, but nothing happens

It's ammo storage, not hp recharger (and you don't have weapons yet).

Oh my god, don't tell me it's the second weapon ? I found a second weapon but it has no ammo

Ammo storage shows how much ammo for each weapon type it has directly.

Try reloading your guns first (R key) and then approaching the ammo storage (you won't be able to take anything from ammo storage when your "ammo bag" is full).

Where's there's a gun, there's a ammo station guaranteed.
