Otherwise, whatever ideas of choices they were talking about, or potential options they were going to give us, seem to have been killed before conception, as there is only one ending, there are no ways to change it, and besides that singular choice, you will be railroaded through to the end of the game.
but not one thing hinted at why the big ass creature was on top of the elevator thing to the train
not 1 thing explained why the robot at the end kept stabbing you after your transference thing, or why you can grab one of its arms and why you STILL kept stabbing your own body
and the way the ending was it felt like you reached a POSSIBLE ending point (like if you got a early bad ending), or a continuation point, but nope just ending only
the world seemed very very linear like its a big ass building yet only had what 5 doors? not to mention you never max out the door opener thing you get 5/6 as far as i saw?
and as several people stated there was suppose to be moral choices yet wasnt really any
or why you killed the jar babys for blood to awaken what seemed like robots since in the ending it completely stops moving once to far away anyways
and personally the "puzzles" especially the train elevator maze puzzle seemed like just a way to force the game longer by forcing you to unlock 3 floors and then revisit previously unlocked floors just to double the acts length
