No "001" achievement?

You have 2 options with the dude you move on the chair. Either you kill him with the machine and get his arm (002 achievement) or you move him further to that saw like thing and that will suprisingly not kill him, unlocking the 001 achievement. So yes, there are missable achievements. I had to reload the save to do it again to get it.

Thanks, Deff a spoiler warning but at least I didn't break the game xD I felt I missed something there - awesome reason to play again already :)

Yea people try to avoid spoilers or use guides, just wanted some advice/reassurance. not that beyond belief really is it.
