Legitimately stuck (Solved)

Answer--> Turns out there is a platform across from the elevator you enter on. If you step on that platform you will get a bolt type weapon that lets you interact with the machines.

Question--> I have just passed the arm puzzle, now at the little flying robot stage. I have apparently unlocked the right side of a gate but it leads to a closed off balcony. I can't press anything, and have combed out the map at least three times. Anyone else figured it out yet?

I have also rotated the flying robot into every conceivable direction but I am not getting a prompt.

Same. I can't find a single thing that'll let me interact with it.

I think i figured it out, outside of that area there is a little platform you step on to make a pillar with a weapon inside appear, this might be the progression step.

It's behind the robot and across from the elevator you enter on.

Ok... I would have literally not have known that was interactable. It just looks like part of the environment, with no reason to step on that area.

im legit stuck in that area, the right side opened but leads to nothing, what am i supposed to look for :/

In the main circular area, there's a part that looks into the floating "robot" area. There's a platform you have to stand on, by a light that's between the two sides going up to the "window" looking at that area.

This game's puzzles are basically: you either luckily stumble upon the relevant environmental asset you have to interact with, or you stumble around lost and confused until you do or until you quit.
