Does this game have spiders?

I want to play the game, but I'm phobic. I'm okay if it's just something like a single boss/room, and I can move past it quickly, but I'm not even going to download the game if there are spiders often, or if the spiders are super nasty/realistic? Thankyou in advance <3

I am also arachnophobic, but the game has no elements that would trigger it. It doesn't have any spider either.
