Oulipolian?
Is Oulipolian referring to OuLiPo poetry?

I figured out Greb's puzzle easily enough, but Smada's has me stumped. I cannot figure out what the rules are for that one.

easy enough to just select random answers, but the puzzle itself still makes no sense to me, and I cannot find an explanation for it anywhere!

anyone figure out without just guessing the answer?

It is a slight nudge towards the OuLiPo Poetry, yes.

Now for the puzzle logic I'll give you a hint, read these dialogue lines again:

Hal - One: Shakerloops. For Smada. Demands the. Right vowels. To Open. Two: Jacobsladder. For Grebneohcs. This one. Uses anagrams. These will. Let you. Enter their. Symbolics.

...

Smada - So far, so good. Now, type the correct Oulipolian vowel segment.

I don't understand, my mother language is not English. I tried all of them and I found the right one, but I don't know why is that the correct answer.

Each sentence uses only one vowel ("A" in the first, and so on).

Even with this spoiler it made no sense to me, so I gave up and tried Asmosis' strategy instead >_>

I vowels are clearly AEOO, but how does that relate to the options:
Scarabs
Elements
Bricks
Odors
Mucus

I will choose the words in order ... and hope that works.
EDIT: did not work, so I had to guess.

This took some trial and error, and only after seeing the answer do I understand how you are supposed to solve it. To help anyone stumbling upon this thread later on, I'll give some nudges in the correct direction.

Gerb:
Use the option that is an anagram of a subset of the letters in the password.

Smada:
Use the option with vowels matching a subset of the vowels in the password. I.e., no more than the vowels in the password.

i solved this, the anagram one, by choosing the word, that was something like nonsense.
