Is there a way to heal health during Arena?

Hey, folks.

Huge fan of the game. Just beat the campaign and wanted to dive right into Arena. From what I can tell, it's a slog until it can be "beat," earning achievements for certain milestones. It seems just like a simplified version of the campaign, but one thing I need to know before I commit is if there's a way to replenish health or to even revive dead characters. Is there a way? Thanks.

Aside from the medic passive ability, no. Also no to revive, if you lose someone halfway along you'll need to finish the rest with 1 or 2 people. It's basically a gauntlet mode.

There is actually a healing station somewhere at half point, which allows you to heal your characters just once.
