How can i use a xbox 360 pad in thief deadly shadows?

I use X360ce. If you let it detect which controller you are using, you don't need a X-box controller.

@Tomkatt - I should have checked the forums before setting my own up; although, I followed the key layout from the original Xbox version, so mine is a little different. Good link.

I am having trouble when I'm aiming, if anybody can help. When I push the right analogue stick upwards, it slowly moves downwards again automatically. This means that I have to aim high and then wait until it lowers to hit my target.

Does anybody else have this problem, or have any solution? Thanks.

Make sure look spring isn't on in the game options.
