Tutorial: How to Enable Widescreen Resolutions

This is a very simple process and should take less than 5 minutes.

• Download the Widescreen Patch[rapidshare.com]
  
• Go to your Steam\SteamApps\common\Thief Deadly Shadows\System folder
  
• Replace the T3Main.exe in the System folder with the one in the widescreen patch zip file
  
• Start Thief and enjoy!

The game will then launch in your current resolution. The creator of the patch says it only supports certain resolutions, though i've found this to be wrong. (Patch credits go to Massimiliano Goi[thief.wikia.com])

Never just download and install some executable from RapidShare. That's basically asking for viruses/trojans.

WSGF is reputable, follow their directions[www.wsgf.org].

I have to same problem as b3rnwa, I can't change the resolution to 1366x768, it just stays at its original resolution.

Well it doesn't really matter because that patch has been superseeded by a better one. The currently recommended community patch is the Sneaky Upgrade, to get from here: https://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=138607

Hi, well I have installed the mod and the only issue im having is the arrows are glitching when drawing the bow. Looking in the config window and there is no way to disable the buggy new draw animation....
