Your Fave Thief Level In Each Thief Game?

What's your fave level in each Thief game? So far mine's Running Interference having just finished Thief Gold for the first time and just finishing that level so I can't really judge Thief 2 or DS yet but so far...

Thief Gold
The Haunted Cathedral
An awesome and creepy level with some pretty cool enemies and secrets.

Thief II: The Metal Age
Running Interference
As mentioned above, I can't judge due to this being the only level I've played but it's better than any level in Gold for me because it's short, simple, and amde me feel more like a thief than any level in Gold

Thief: Deadly Shadows
Shalebridge Cradle
I've only seen a video that I barely remember of but I do remember loving it and it's what got me into Thief. Again, can't judge due to me having not even played this and having not even finished anything but the first mission and training in DS.

Overall
Running Interference
Best mission thus far for the reason mentioned above.

Thief Gold:
My personal favourite has to be the haunted cathedral, it was huge, had awesome enemies and great spooky atmosphere. I also liked RTTHC a lot, but doing the objectives for that hammerite ghost dragged it down a little bit. Otherwise it would have been my favourite mission. My most hated mission has to be Escape!, nuff said. Also the bonehoard level was a bit to confusing for its own good.

Thief 2:
My favourite is blackmail, the haunted cyrpt (that haunt scared the ever loving ♥♥♥♥ out of me), the cellar, the church, everthing here was amazing. I also really enjoyed Kidnap (well for kidnapping Cavador), Sabotage at soulforge (extremley satisfying and challenginng) and trial of blood (bloody great atmosphere ;) ) Also who could forget the amazing gem which is Life of the party. Least liked : this award goes to Mask and chasing the joint (horrible mission recycling), I also really disliked Running interference, mainly because it doesn´t hold up to the other great missions.

Thief 2X:
I ´m still playing but the best mission is probably a question of knowledge, open mission structure and hammerite atmosphere what more do you want. I also liked down among dead men (the better bonehoard), ...of ill repute (nice mission idea and great level design) and while the city sleeps (it reminded me of Life of the pary). Least liked, probably the restribution game. It´s just so small and relative linear.

Thief 3:
Well Thief 3 nearly had only awesome missions, expect that horrible turtorial, my favourite is the seaside mansion. Amazing atmosphere and rather though gameplay (at least when I first played it :P ) the museum (probably the hardest mission in the game), the citadel and killing time were awesome. Also the cradle, way to scary. This mission gave my shivers whenever a light started to flicker.

Wow dude, literally everything you said about Thief Gold were my exact thoughts about all of those missions. Kinda scary. Escape! got me so frustrated, not looking forward to doing that again on my next playthrough. Stupid damn exploding frog things.
I thought Running Interference was awesome, guess everything else must be incredible then. Doing Shipping...and Receiving now, it's pretty good too but not as good as Running Interference IMO. BTW is 2X a community made fan mission type thing? I think I've heard of it.
It's nice hearing good things about DS. I take it DS is your fave Thief? I'm really excited to get to it because I loved the first real mission when I played it ages ago.

Thief Gold:
Song of the Caverns
I just love the soundtrack of this mission. The Opera House is amazing place and the mad guy who lives underneath it is hilarious. :-D

Thief II:
Life of the Party
I don't even have to explain this... Even if I didn't really care about Angelwatch, exploring The City via rooftops was extremely fun.

Thief III:
The Seaside Mansion & The Wieldstrom Museum
Both of those missions have an awesome soundtracks too. DS is full of nice missions, it's really hard to decide the best one.

That's twice ai've heard people say every mission in DS is really good, weird. Good to hear though, I think DS might become my fave when I play it

Thief 2x came out about ten years ago and was made by people from the Looking Glass community and fans of Thief. It is a total conversion mod for Thief 2 with a 13 mission campaign that includes a new story and characters, briefings, cutscenes, and all the bells and whistles of a professionally made game. You play as a young female thief. The missions are mostly very well done. I remember one that takes place in a museum and another on board a train. You should play it, it's free if you have Thief 2 and it's worth the time.

Thief Gold: This might sound weird but i really like the Thiefs guild mission

Thief 2: i´ve never finished it last time i got to the Bank and i got really bored with the game it just didn´t feel right but that was loooooong time ago now im older and wiser :D so i might try another go

Seaside Mansion was brilliant! Definitely give Thief 2 another try, awesome game. I'm one of the few people who really liked The Thieve's Guild too.

Im actually patching my thief games and getting ready to steal some ♥♥♥♥ :D im thinking about starting with Thief 2 since thief gold and DS i beaten several times and ive also saw here that there is some thief 2X hmmmm looks interesting

Good thinking. I recommend (if you haven't already) the HD texture packs for Thief Gold and Thief 2 and for DS Sneaky Tweaker Fat Edition but disable the Minamalist Project and Thief 3 Gold briefing videos.

Yeah Thief 2X Shadows of the Metal Age. A completely new campaign with 13 missions where you play this young girl thief. I'm thinking of reinstalling Thief 2 again myself just to play it again.
