Yes it does but you need this patch to play it on Windows 10 as it fixes the lock picking issue. Which you can get here.

I tried playing it on win 10 but the mouse doesn't work correctly it won't move the cursor around it just stays in one spot any help for that?

Have you tried the patch mentioned above in this post it should fix that.

I downloaded it but it said it was blocked because it could harm my computer and to be honest i had no idea what to with it it from that point or even what to do with it had it not been blocked unless of course it would have gone where ever it needed to go all on its own. i;m not very well versed in computers

You have exclude the patch file from defender in the defender settings somewhere, it's telling it it's safe then you can install it.

Afaik the lockpicking bug happens because the game wasn't made to run at more than 60 fps, so you have to cap it to that. Vsync will do if you have a 60hz monitor, but any higher than that and it won't.

on windows 10 if defender blocks an app you can just click the smaller text that says "more info" (or something like that) and you'll get a button that says "run anyway". you don't need to go into windows defender settings.

Can't install the game in the first place!
This is a patch to modify the game after it is installed, but my Win 10 won't install the game (just bought from Steam) at all.... so the patch does nothing. Anyone know of something like Tfix or T2fix that will actually install the game?
