Why do people call Shiroyabu "Jabroni"?

I understand the term itself, but I don't understand the actual reasoning of why they'd call him Jabroni. I assume it's just because he's a stupid moron child and Kuroyanagi just started to ♥♥♥♥ on him with that?

In the original JP it's Jaburo which is a Gundam reference. Maybe they're getting it from the "yabu" in his name?

I took it as Kuroyanagi trying to put him in his place by dismissing him as a goofball (which, to be fair, he kind of is). And the rest of the HCU staff just follows Kuroyanagi's lead and calls him that without thinking about it, which made me laugh. It kinda reinforces how unimportant he is to the rest of HCU if they don't even bother to use his real name but just defer to Kuroyanagi, and helps us to understand some of his insecurities and the lengths he'll eventually go to make up for them.

Also, SUDA51 is a weird and funny guy. I wouldn't be surprised if he just did it for a laugh, and yet somehow it still works.
