How do you get the recipe to craft Adamantine Bars? I've killed the boss of the flesh layer and have a bunch of Adamantine Ore stocked but can't figure how to get the recipe to craft the bars for the Badlands Portal.

The game starts, I can go through the character creation and then it exits to the desktop when I get to the end of the opening "discussion" where you hit spacebar to move forward after it says "I will have no choice but to tell them". No error messages are thrown. I have the game set to 1920x1080 and fullscreen. Those are the only changes I've made to the settings. When I set it back to windowed and the default resolution it has the same behavior. Weird that there are no errors being thrown, at least vis...
