Purpose of "Heroic Emblem"?
Seems to be a currency earned from pocket dimensions. Spent on what? Do I need to advance to Inferno to see?

I saw it in one of the shops and couldn't figure out where to get them... So there you are - you got the emblems and didn't know how to spend them and for me it was the other way around😁 can't remember which shop though, just have a look through all of them. I played second difficulty at that time but I think you get to complete all the buildings on normal already.

Edit: you can trade them with Phoenix at the Badlands station.
