Weapon zoom\sniper scope

When I look through the sniper scope I am not able to control the aiming very well if at all. Also the mouse sensitivity in general set at 100 is not what I normally play at. Game is entertaining enough to play!

What do you mean with you can't controll it very well?

In the control settings you can set a different mouse sensivity Sniper mode.

It's at 100% and when there is a target, I move the cross hair to the target but at the same time it is moving away from it. Like swimming upstream. Not having this issue with other games.

I actually do not understand what you mean by this.
Could you make a video that shows this or explains this any further?
