Fix If You See Flickering Green Lines In Full Screen

There is apparently a bug that occurs in some combinations of NVidia video drivers and windows settings which can cause flicking green lines to appear in the current Unreal Engine build. This has affected users in this game, Fortnite, and PUBg, as well.
