hey man have you ever read Chinese wuxia novels? They have a genre about "coming to another world" where your soul comes to a imagined world and possesses a character in that novel/movie. You can totally possess Jinzhao and have Qi for yourself.

@威九画: what is the Chinese word for that genre? I have read a lot of wuxia novels but I don't know the Chinese words for the genres.

In the case of Jinzhao, it might not work since he's kind of special.

I think you might be talking about 穿越 or 穿越小说, which is funny because 越 is Yue Jinzhao's surname.

Wuxia novels traditionally has none of that. Isekai (JP for this new genre) is something that's been popular lately starting from JP then onto China and Korean scenes.

Also technically Wuxia shy away from fantastic elements so none of that reborn stuff. Tianxia would be more likely.

You are right. I read almost all of 查良鏞 and some of 古龍 works. Like 天龍八部 the most though. lol
