Controller support
Is there any way to use a controller for this game? (I see that they are not officially supported.)

As far as I am aware. You'll have to use Steam Big Picture mode's universal controller support (found in its options section) and set it up yourself. There's currently no official support on PC. (I wish they would update it.)

Amazing game but it really needs controller support.

For anyone still interested. I have finally gotten around to publicly uploading my personal Xbox controller configuration for this game, and I am very proud of it if I must say. I have managed to map everything you need to a button. However, it still requires you to use the in-game cursor to talk to NPCs, complete QTE and hurl commands in battle-- Upside is, you no longer need to use your keyboard and mouse -at all- other than to zoom in and out the camera (in which case requires the scroller), possibly.
-- The cursor can be controlled using the right analog stick of the gamepad.

To access it, be sure to have your controller plugged when accessing Steam. Select the game, then under "Links" select "Controller Configuration." Then select "Browse Configs" and it should be the first one there.

Note: This configuration is made for Xbox controllers and may not appear for you. In which case you must select to show other controller configurations for it to appear. I have tested it and it works very well. However, I cannot say if the same button layout will work on anything other than a Xbox controller. Alternatively, someone has already made one for Steam Controllers. Thankfully. But I have not tested it yet.
