that is really good question. i tried every key, both mouse buttons and some combinations of 2 keys at once. no dice.

I think it's ctrl+b to spawn hands. Bottom right should show the control to spawn hands.

wasd for left hand, either tgfh or numpad 8546 for right hand.

Left Ctrl for Slap, B for the other hand
E for Squeeze, C for the other hand.

Double tab "E" or "C" to grope.

For mouse it's middle mouse button to swap hands.

Mouse only controls I found through experimentation

Double-middle-click: bring out hands
Left-click: squeeze
Holding right-click, Left-click: slap
Middle-click: swap hands
Double-right-click: dismiss hands
