Does anyone have a save file with all the in-game characters unlocked?

Um trainer doesnt even unlock all fp

Here, though some weapon are not unlocked. All cards at 100%. In Gallery Diorama mode it will be messed because I had installed a mod that changes animation scenes.

Is it safe? Doesn't affect leaderboards or multiplayer stats in any way?

I do not play multiplayer, but there are concerns

I think its safe, because i use save games and doesnt affect at all, i didnt got banned
