Actualy for me whene i click mouse wheel hands pop out click it again to switch hands aim the hand on right place and click and hold to damage the outfits for the slap i think its X or C or V or B not sure

On a controller (Xbox/PS4) you have to press down on the Left & Right analog sticks at the same time.

Ok, so let me see what we know thus far...

Hand Mode - Ctrl+B/Middle Mouse Click
Move Left Hand - W,A,S,D

Right Hand Wave - B
Change hand (For Mouse) - Middle Click
Exit Hand Mode - Shift/Middle Mouse Click/Right Click
Quick Movement - Hold Middle Mouse Click (While hands are Hovering Over Girl (Tearable Clothes))
Shake - Hold 5 and press A and D (I think this is shake)
Kiss - Space Bar (While in Kiss Mode)
[Kiss mode is activated via full heart, plus slapping/grabbing her hands. Once she raises both arms, click/ grab her hands while both your hands are hovering hers]

Simply waving mouse over characters is somewhat like rubbing. This works on girl's heads, and some of them are tickle-ish, rubbing belly gets a reaction, actual touching belly causes some to burst laughing, that also increases affection, the generaly "tougher" girls are not affected by belly rubbing neither touching (god knows I wish I could tickle Miyabi).

On top of those, simply staring the girls at max proximity will also cause a reaction, this also causes different reactions depending on what body part are you staring.

You can even max affection without ever groping neither smacking the girls. Close stare, as soon as you get a reaction, change to hands, rub them (passing mouse on their heads), as soon as you get another reaction, change back to no hands. rinse repeat.

You know the rubbing (passing mouse over without smacking neither groping) is being effective when you see a sparkling white wave effect over the area.
