Only the Steam version. Not the Humble version.
Anyway, here are the DLC characters for the PS4 so far, all of whom hopefully will make it to steam eventually.
Super Sonico from Super Sonico
Neptune from Hyper Dimensional Neptunia
Honoka, Marie Rose, Ayane from Dead or Alive
Ryomo Shimei, Kan-u Uncho, Sonsaku Hakufu, Ryofu Hosen from Ikkitousen
Rinka Kagurazaka, Ranka Kagurazaka from Valkyrie Drive
All Collaboration sets are the exact same price.
The only difference is that on the PS4, you can buy individual characters and outfits etc etc from each set, BUT buying them individually costs more.
The pattern seems to be sets costs less and since all PC items are bundled as sets therefore, even at the ridiculous $307, the PC items are theoretically cheaper because there is no opportunity to buy individual items.
I am not defending the price, but that's my conclusion. As LaVar Burton from Reading Rainbow would say, "You don't have to take my word for it!"
Nobody forces you to buy every single costume and character. its like people go into a clothes store and say:
OMG 300'000$ for all the clothes!
wait... thats OK right?
Thinking about it I have no extra DLC, but I've got 30 characters in unique outfits, with dozens of unused outits...I guess I can't say I got ripped off.
Logic though. ^_^ Base game is fine. Ignore DLC if you don't want. That's what I did.
lol easy thing to accomplish then when the game costs only 35$.
