Controller issues, not detected

Using 4 XBox Controllers and using Steam's "Forced On" or "Global settings" controller configuration (Which means it's using XInput I reckon), no controllers are working, tried all buttons on each controller.

If however I use the "forced off" setting (Which means DInput I think), then 3 controllers work, but are viewed as Playstation controllers and I can only use 3, as the 4th player must use the keyboard (On the join screen, it says to press "Z" to join, as opposed to other slots where it says to press "A" or "X" on the controller).
