I'm really looking forward to official English releases for the series. It looks like the Beijing branch of Softstar is handling the publishing itself for this game, but the note on the store page specifically stating that the game is only available in Chinese (simplified and traditional) is not encouraging. At least they got the English title somewhat right (Sword and Fairy-much more appropriate than the head-scratcher "Chinese Paladin" [See my post about it here]).

I was playing the game and using their translation (before it was released on steam).

It is incomplete but helps a lot to understand the story.

Also, I am trying to make a reference guide about some issues of the game (walkthough, items and skills effects, enemies and such) - wish me luck!

would love to see this game in english loved the 6th game and i have all the series on dvd.. I tired that mod and it does help a bit but all npc do not speak english... It would be very great if they did this i could tell a lot more friends about it

curiosly, the other Chinese Paladin games on Steam are translated in english... I hope this one be trasnlated too!

There is a patch but it doesn't have any convos with npcs just the main people none of the items are trasnlated either.. Its a shame as this is by far one of the best stories , I saw the subtitled tv series based off this game but want to play this game so bad :( Could anyone look at that patch and work on it i wonder..

I didn't test the patch for PalFans on Steam version at all... It took so much time for the game be released here on Steam that I hunt a downloadable PC version (the same goes for other games I was following on Greenlight and haven't any news - like The Lost Angelic Chronicles of Frane ~ Dragons' Odyssey and Vampire Hurt, this last one was HARD to find even on its original language).
