If that's by design then that's pretty lame. It would be hard enough to get a routine down where you could regularly swing perfect/perfect, to make the game also work against you seems like a poor attempt at an anti-hack....and if that's the case, it should be fairly easy to find who's cheating if they track any of the swing data. No one can hit a perfectly straight line every time without some 'help'. Punish those people...not wreck the tempo mechanic.
Hypotheticaly, of course, I only have 'proof' of playing a couple hours with that. I would love a dev to come in and tell me it's based on wind or something so I didn't feel so negative about it.
in fact maybe a tad too easy.
BTW, I agree that the pro clubs are to easy.
What I would like to see are 'chump clubs'. Clubs that have the easy club's distance with the pro club's difficulty. This would more closely resemble the way I play in real life. :-)
No I don't. I wanted to be able to learn the tempo and get it down pat and try and swing the club right. If the tempo constantly changes then you can't really learn it. I think that's dumb. It's hard enough to do the same perfect motion with your hands. If you can, you should be rewarded for it.
refund if possible.
ps-i do have to use something straight to slide my mouse against, but with a controller the game is easy mode.
Now you can adjust you swing speed to compensate to a degree but you need to have the timing right too. This is why very fast is so tough, requires perfect timing and very fast swing speed.
When transitioning between back and forward before 100% the perfect tempo window gets much larger. This makes it easier to hit lower powered shots and still maintain perfect/perfect.
This should help in analyzing the swing feedback results and how to correct it.
