why hasn't a swing patch been put out for TGC 2019 and only for TGC 2? The goflf club 2 swing goes straight while the swing for the Golf Club 2019 is way off to the right or to the left.WHEN are the developers going to fix this? I paid for this golf sim through Steam. Does anyone know anything?

Lessons, Swing basics.

You need to practice your tempo.

The game does not need a patch for this. It is a player fault.

100% agree with you Scruffy. Its a player issue where they dont have the patience to practise

Start out with the Player clubs as they are easier to learn the tempo with. The Master clubs have tight tolerances and not easy to feel what your doing different..

The game developers are being totally dishonest about TGC 2019 on the PC. When teeing off the ball does not go straight, but either to the right or left when struck. I have the same game on my PS4 and does ball goes straight when teed off. I will give the HB developers credit for TGC 2 game.That game is fine

That has got a few people in an uproar that play cross platform tournament as it's been well documented that the game play is more forgiving on the PS4.

Might it have something to do with the device being used to "swing"? Just a thought....

My golf ball goes straight as I hit it. I use a vertical mouse. When I play on the X Box my shot goes all over the place. I use a controller for the X Box...game must be broken and need fixing on the X Box if I cannot hit it as straight as I can with a mouse.

See the logic in my argument?

Cliffs, +1. Absolutely no problem with the mouse on my PC. A bit of practice and it works fine. If the ball goes too far left or right, it was me as I missed my tempo. With an XB controller, I just don't have the patience to figure it out and as a result, I'm all over the place. Nothing wrong with this game. All that's wrong for some folks is a lack of practice.

People (some) complained 1st game was too easy to hit the ball where they wanted...HB added RNG, and "Tempo" to spice it up.

This being the 3rd golf game they have developed which (on PC) has not exactly Aced in terms of sales, I very much look forward to seeing if the try a fourth game.

I can "almost" guarantee they will NOT try to add additional ways to make the ball seem possesed.

People can and do say many fun and interesting things......but here comes the absolute reality.

Devs want the following in THIS ORDER:

1) Massive $ales numbers.

Those who continue to praise this game (all 10 of you?).......you should really do the following, on the Next game, (IF is does NOT address the RNG and low fun/sales of the previous three (3) games in the upcoming one), each of you (all 10?)..buy 100,000 units......then the game will continue to go your way.

Regardless of that one of 3 things will happen..........

1) A fourth game will never be done.

2) A fourth game will come and they will "stay the course" sell almost no units, and who even knows........

3) They will do an "oops New Coke" sorry moment, and make a game which is both broadly accessible and wildly customizable for difficulty. And hopefully sell well.

As I play and (L O V E) the first game Playing it now as I leave this post, I am SET for my Golfing fun....so I cannot be hurt by however this ends up.

So yay for that.

Please explain us all from where this RNG comes from, because except for the wind and the lie condition there is none of that. Get some better controllers and joysticks on them if your shots are not going straight, don't blame that on this made up RNG excuse

We are coming up on August, this was about the time the current game was announced last year.

Let's see what happens.

This is like watching a train wreck in slow motion.......you see it coming......you know how it ends...you hope for something to intervene.

I have money in my SW for tor a 4th game if they address issues which matter to me, if not, I will spend it on a more responsive Dev/Co..

In a related aside, I just played a Fantastic game in TGC (Original) just now on my own course, with 1mph winds and a nice lightly cloudy day. chipped a shot with backswing and it reversed course and gave me a Birdie....it was great.

This is probably caused by having too high graphics settings.
A sudden micro stutter or frame drop might cause this problem.

All I can say is I play with five other guys regularly, in groups of four, and none of us ever have this problem :)
