Watering 10 million plants

I've just seen this achievement... is there a way of getting it rather fast? Like buying lots of plants and waiting until they all need watering? Or is there some skill involved?

There's no skill involved, it's just time and pacience.

I found a sort of life-hack of sorts, plant a ton of plants and eventually they'll need watering haha. I might save that one for last

If you have the big circle sprinkler, you can place a load of plants in an area and leave a tile in the middle and place the sprinkler there and it will automatically water all the plants in that area. and just make a lot of big plant areas like that. can just use Ivy as that's the cheapest plant.
