Can you tell me after downloading the game where is the game files, the is just redist no exe no data

When I right clicked on the game and selected properties, I then clicked the Local Files tab, and then clicked browse local files and the Exe was right there.

This is my file path:
A:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Containment Corps
