BUG REPORTING: IF YOU HAVE ISSUES!

As devs we want to solve your bugs. It makes our game better, better in pretty much every way.

We are also a tiny, tiny team. And our tiny team is not up quite 24/7 every day of the year either.

To help us solve your bugs, there are a few things you can do to help us catch the bug, and sometimes we are more likely to be on/responsive than others.

Times

Eastern Standard Time (USA East Coast Time)
11 am(ish) - to 11 pm(ish) is the best time to post, or the hours we are likely to see it

How to report a bug!

Steps:

1. First and possibly the most important, is reproducibility/repeatability. Can you get the bug to happen again? If it only happens once in a blue moon when Notch sneezes twice it's hard for us to know what to fix.
   
   
2. Second, and similar to the first step, what do you do to make the bug happen? Do you have to spin three times and try to use the turret then crash to desktop? Yes? Ok, tell us exactly how to reproduce the bug; as best you can of course.
   
   
3. Third, work with us! We're not perfect, and sometimes we might be confused on what the issue is, especially if it's a brand new bug and the game was working fine for us yesterday. The best way to fix a bad bug, like CTD or another game breaker, is to be patient and wait for a response. If you don't have one after three days, and it's not Christmas, feel free to email us or message us because you might have slipped through the cracks.
