Buff Bonk hammer

Bonk Hammer should scale with headbonk effects, 3d glass, sneakers, rubber duck, it just makes sense. it also wouldnt hurt to give it an aoe slam on a cooldown or after x amount of hits, preferably the hero cape slam so it scales with attributes better like book and bottle

The Bonk Hammer just feels like a slower Bash. Not stronger, just slower.
