Report a translation problem
You can simply do a run without trying to speedrun, just take time to explore maps. Most of them are pretty easy to find( often on high spots), just a few should make you struggle. Also if you go far enough into the game you will quite easily unlock the metal detector gadget to see the lost data onto the map! ;)
This said, i don't see the point of getting someone else's save to show people you cleared everything while you did'nt. It's kinda the same logic as for cheaters on competitive games, trying to show people they're better than them while they are clearly not as soon as they don't have unbalanced advantages.
