Home Sweet Home Glitched?

I have all unlocks and achievement has not unlocked. Do I have to beat the game first or some other weird requirement? Problem is not lottery luke. Already have that

Glancing at the achievements you have unlocked, you're definitely missing some stuff. Not everything you need for this achievement is bought with gold wrenches.

Any chance you could be a lil more specific? What exactly does this achievement require?

Weird... I got that achievement once I unlocked Lottery Luke.
Just check for any green arrow into the workshop cuz some upgrades has 2 stages.

did you already get all the power crystals?
Update: Yeah Home Sweet Home requires not just the wrench upgrades but also the power crystals since it has its own upgrade too. Just got the achievement recently

I do have them all

Here's the fix: I had to open the basecamp buy menu after getting all upgrades and crystals. Never bothered to do this somehow. Interesting requirement and maybe should be changed
