It's not too crazy to say trying to fight the final boss in a shoebox-sized arena while also dodging a separate boss's pattern at the same time is annoying and hard in a not fun way (this is from someone who can easily get to stage 13+ in Endless). Iirc the devs themselves have said they're going to be rebalancing the double bosses to be a little more enjoyably challenging.
Dev shouldn't bow to skill issues, multi bosses are fun and exciting.
Believe it or not, bragging about getting perfect RNG to get past the first wall is not the achievement you think it is. Nor is bragging that they're "fun and exciting" on Discovery.
No one said anything about getting perfect RNG. The game is the most fun when you have to work with what you have and really test your skills while hoping you get what you want. Its easier now that we can remove items from the pool but 70% of my runs I don't get anything I want. Skill issue if you can't beat the game with what you are given.
If you expect to get past most of the boss sets on Guardian IV, you absolutely are required to have RNG in your favor. An okay weapon and some okay perks aren't going to be carrying you past the double bosses.
This is one of the most fundamental issues Endless faces before we look at the host of other issues you start to run across, as this comes as soon as Level 2.
This is a fantastic example of how you don't play Endless on any actual difficulty since you're being completely obtuse if you think you're beating duo bosses with a subpar loadout with any reliability.
But I suppose someone going "duhhhhh skill issue" in the face of the problems that Endless suffers from, you weren't looking to be reasonable or logical anyways.
