Can't get "Gotta Catch Them All"

Hey Folks!
I have been trying to 100% the game and I have collected everything. One issue I have run into is that I didn't get the "Gotta Catch Them All" achievement and my profile says I have 99% progress on the Compendium.
However I have made sure I had every single card and perk. Leonardo Brushido doesn't sell me anything anymore.

The only thing I can think of is that I have an X on the Robo-Zoo all the way at the bottom I can hover over. For me it is below the Snow Pod. But I am clueless as to what that could be.

Please someone help. It's been driving me nuts!

I also have that X and am very curious what it is. Currently working towards finishing the museum - around 90%.

It's the Security Rover. It only shows up in Endless Mode, and only if you get a specific Glitch or Singularity (edit: Singularity, "Angry Rovers"). Just keep playing and it'll show up eventually. Once you've killed your first one, then it will show up at Leonardo's.
