Has anyone found this guy yet? I'm eager to see how the new filter system works.

To clear it up - to get a powdered crystal you need to finish a level which held a crystal before - for a second time. Those are: Scrapyard, The Rift, The Pit, Doom Gardens, Waste Station and Fusion Core.

I don't know whether you have to give him all three at once - the first run after the patch I ran my usual three-crystal route and got it, so dunno if he allows partial completion.

Ya I just got to him, you have to have all 3, I only had two.
