Where do I cap the FPS rate?

Hello, I bought the game on Saturday, and it runs really smoothly, but my GPU is working really hard (90% usage and gets until 70 degress hot) at 144 FPS.
Is there any game setting, where I can cap the FPS in here? I could not find any correct setting in the game settings.

Settings - Video - FPS limitation, in that order. Then you set the FPS you want.

I don't have this setting under Video...

You need to uncheck vsync to see the FPS limitation setting
