Where Paint Brush?

I've done about 20-30 runs now and haven't seen it. I know it appears in one of the shops but i've unlocked every other thing in the game except the brush. how low is the spawn chance? 0.01?

I first noticed it after 15 hours of play an immediately bought it even though I had no clue what it was. Glad I did.

I think I only saw it in the shop in the city ruins, but I might be mistaken

at this rate ill just get every card naturally lol can you just not get the paint brush on Discovery and Easy?

Yeah. I just got it randomly on discovery lol. I don't even know what it does yet

it unlocks the painter in the museum in the city level. he sells cards for wrenches to make filling out your collection easier.
