From my understanding.

There is a 6 digit code door when you reach to the energy stage. Once you reach to the so call green room mostly I called it the break time room. There will be 3 door for each elemental. Ice, Shock and Fire.

The code in the locked red door which you can able to see through the glass window.

The Elemental doors will change route from each run you start. Same as well as the code through the glass window

(You don't need the key to open the door. Not too sure since I didn't see the code being found inside there till I open it)

For example

Ice door: 1x1xxx
Shock door: x1x1xx
Fire door: xxxx11

Those Elemental from each run. Its RNG btw
I thought holding a elemental weapon before opening the door will stick to the door or Change each route from the first stage will change its elemental. Guess not

True however you should get the red key and unlock the door first because inside the area containing the code is a weird element cell that changes which door is open and subsequently which part of the code is displayed.
If you shoot the cell with an elementally charged weapon, it'll change to the element it's shot with.
As long as you play Guardian and get meteo weapon before you get to the door you can copy the whole code down in one run.

And here i did multiple runs to get the code .-. didnt know you could shoot the fakker
