Where is the last Crystal?

I have:
Red
Yellow
Teal
Blue
and Purple.

I cannot find the last one...

In the base camp go to the museum and click on the world tab, scroll around and look, it'll show you the zones and what zone leads to where.

I cannot find the door to the crystal.
I need to know how to get to the location from Aqua Center.
Not energy center, not Fusion core. The other one. I cannot find it.

It's called waste station and I have been there already, but failed the run. I don't remember how I got into it, but that's where the green crystal is. Not sure if that's the place where I jumped into a purple portal or not. I know that doesn't really help, sorry.

Purple portal? What?

Is it some kind of secret path, or am I just stupid for missing something?

Ok, I found it again. It is indeed from the purple portal. The purple portal is located next to the purple side room in the Fields zone.

I found it earlier behind a bush/secret path in aqua station.
