Sensitivity/eDPI in Roboquest?
Sup n00bs.

I have recently opened Roboquest for the first time and I'm currently in the process of trying to apply the correct sensitivity settings to ensure that I continue to be consistent with the eDPI value i maintain while playing other shooters (800). My current DPI is 500, but the sensitivity slider in Roboquest is in the range of 1 to 100 and defaults at 50.

common eDPI conversion tools on the internet do not include the game Roboquest, does anyone have any information how to find the right sensitivity settings that I'm looking for?

Cheers,

Oscar.

What was your solution ultimately? Just kind of felt it out?

Maybe I'm missing something here, but Roboquest has been in "mouse-sensitivity" 's website calculator for a long while. Couldn't you guys use a cm/360 or in/360 conversion from game to game. I feel like eDPI is just a ratio that is only valid in the specific game/engine. Like a "800" eDPI in one game wouldn't necessarily be the same in another.

For instance, I run 800 native DPI. I play Val at .471 and CSGO at roughly 1.5. Both are about the same sense at 34.7~ cm/360, but the eDPI in Val would be the 800 x .471 = 377~ and CSGO: 800 x 1.5 = 1200. I just don't see it being useful information for much beyond changing native DPI in a specific engine or comparing a friend's dpi/sens to yours in the same game.

That all said. I wish Roboquest allowed for better sensitivity adjustments. I'd kill for a decimal value in the option settings.
