Is this game like Ultima Underworld
A game that I greatly enjoyed from my past. I notice they mentioned the Stygian Abyss and also it is by the same developer.

Huge fan of UU and System Shock myself.

This game is absolutely not worthy of either.

Nope. I loved those games but this one feels like a poorly made pseudo-clone. Buy Arx Fatalis and you'll have a lot more fun, this is not worth $9.99.

Nah, it's more like a very low-budget fantasy BioShock* with a bunch of janky physics.

*Except, without the good storyline, characters, or interesting setting.

I not sure I regret Kickstarting this, but I'm really worried about System Shock 3 now...

I'd wait for a sale on this, or an almighty patch.

Rightly so..... So I am not very much liking the game but will give it a chance to surprise me. Nothing like UU but.

Am i the only one who has the feeling this is kind of a kids game? Aimed at 10 year olds?
I already lost confidence in it when i read on the forums some days ago. Looks like my fears are confirmed now.....

I backed it hoping for something like UU. downloading now. I'll give it a look and go from there.
Even if it's kind of like Dishonored or Prey, that'll be fine. Love those games too.

I only played for a little bit, but it felt more like Thief than Ultima Underworld. I hope further time proves me wrong. I did like Thief, but that's not the sequel I backed here. I want Ultima style magic and character building.

Also backed it because of nostalgia and even though the game could do with more polish, I'll give the devs a chance to see what they do with the community feedback.
