Hidden Poulsbo Giants

Ok, I get that they're hidden, but I can't find them.

The only clue I get is I sometimes see a lone figure on the world map a few spaces north, though when I get close they vanish.

Side note: what's the proper way into the Dryad Forest near there? I just flew over the space that triggers you being kicked out.

Search for a trapdoor in Poulsbo.

Not sure this one but I remember Dryad Forest where I need to speak with a Dryad near the entrance to gain access.

I guess the 'shy woman' is the dryad.
