Can't complete the unicorn quest in Bremerton

I'm done with all the plagues but the last one in Footracer. I want to complete all the smaller ones now so I took the Bremerton unicorns one and it always keeps saying that the unicorns are too fast for me. I've done 6 Nature Lore for every character. Doesn't it add up? How much do I need?

The dev says this is a bug and they're checking the wrong stat (first aid) instead of nature lore. He says it will be fixed in v102, which isn't out yet but should be within a week or two.

You could buy 8 skill points First Aid in the Mage Tower for 800 each, should be enough to complete that mission. I always buy 8 points First Aid that i don't have to walk into towns that often and i finished that mission.

if you're broke like me or refuse to spend gold on something as asinine as training first aid just for this old ass bug (still present in the game as of Jan 2024), you can scrounge up first aid from equipment (assuming you store old equipment instead of selling them):

Forager's Boots +3
Xian Vest +2
Xian Pants +2
Ring of Utility +2
Lifebringer Cloak +2
Silk-Woven Cord +1
