Just in case some body make a same mistake as I did, if you're playing english version, you have to buy the 18+ DLC from the JAST's official website.
If you are playing simplified chinese version, you don't have to buy the DLC, you can go to https://jast.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000082068-%E4%B8%AD%E6%96%87%E7%89%88dlc and download it.

I know this was awhile ago and I am bringing up a dead chat. But how do you know if a patch worked? Kagura games make it obvious.
