Help with true ending

How i can get the true ending? At begin i try conquest babylon first, before the nexts cities because in some guides said that, but i only got the normal ending, but reading in OTHER guides, the people say that first is Johanesburg and after babylon before Brittania.

What´s the real true route? Now i´m confuse, very, very confuse :(

I read that to get the true ending you have to conquer every other nation before having Merlin lift the whirlpools, and it worked for me.
