RFB Recoil Stabilizing Hand Slip On Valve Index?

Specifically happens when I use the RFB, but I've heard other guns do it as well. After the update, when I shoot for too long, the left hand stabilizing the gun eventually slips off. Is this a new 'feature'? Anyone else experience this? Any way to counter it or make it stop? Super annoying.
Some claimed it to be 'realistic' but
1.) I don't think that's very realistic to have your hand slip after ~15-20 rounds from an automatic.
2.) If I wanted realistic I wouldn't be playing a game where bananas heal gunshot wounds
